We founded ABC as a collective of independent providers from different areas of the fitness world, working together to support each other's clients and each other, both online and in studio.

Founder - NATALIE HUNT

With 15 years of professional dance and fitness experience I am passionate about personalised exercise experiences focused on creating strong and happy bodies.  Having lived with anorexia as part of my dance career, I don't believe in weight loss programmes but in teaching healthy practices helping you build strength and flexibility for wellness.  I am a passionate promoter of a positive body image for all shapes and sizes and building confidence and happiness through movement and expression. 

I studied at the Urdang Academy in London and with The Birmingham Royal Ballet Dance Exchange and qualified with ISTD, Barre Works and Beach Body in classical dance, barre training and fitness before going on to create my own strength and sculpt programmes Absolute Barre Body, Absolute Dance Company and Mampara Dance.  I have taught dance and fitness at studios including Sadler's Wells...(more). 
Exercise should be a joyful experience full of hard work and determination but free of guilt and negativity.  Let's lunge because we love it not because we hate our thighs!
