Founder - NATALIE HUNT
With 15 years of professional dance and fitness experience I am passionate about personalised exercise experiences focused on creating strong and happy bodies. Having lived with anorexia as part of my dance career, I don't believe in weight loss programmes but in teaching healthy practices helping you build strength and flexibility for wellness. I am a passionate promoter of a positive body image for all shapes and sizes and building confidence and happiness through movement and expression.
